Jet Heat & Air was founded in 2017 to provide honest, reliable heating and air service to families in Central Arkansas. What began as a small family-run business grew quickly through hard work, word of mouth, and a reputation for doing things right. From the start, we have shown up when promised, treated every home with respect, and delivered lasting comfort without gimmicks or shortcuts. Today, with a larger fleet and team, we have helped thousands of homeowners stay cool in summer and warm in winter. At Jet Heat & Air, comfort is not just our business, it is our promise.

Brison McPhail
Brison has led Jet Heat & Air since 2017. A hands-on leader known for his slogan “When you start to sweat, call Jet,” he combines professionalism with a genuine passion for comfort. Beyond the business, Brison is a devoted husband and father of five, active in his community, and guided by his faith in Jesus.
Hunter Lemonie
Hunter balances hunting, fishing, dirt bikes, and racing with family life — and the occasional Corona by the beach.
Gordon Brown
He's a Dad, music fan, lake regular, and HVAC tech — Gordon wears them all (plus an XL hat that must be special ordered).
Blake Collatt
Blake enjoys family, friends, hunting — but his true love is 140° attics and super tight crawlspaces.
Braden McPhail
Braden may be the youngest on the team, but with 9 years of HVAC training he brings big energy. He also loves fishing, working out, and serving at church, with a goal of becoming a fighter pilot.
